Anchor Clicks and Handoff Preparation Are Also Distinguished
You might open an Anchor by mistake and close it immediately.
You might prepare a Handoff but not start a new conversation.
Therefore, a click or Attach alone does not confirm actual reuse. A reentry event can be established when a new first conversation proceeds based on the connected context.
The Same Event Is Not Counted Multiple Times
The same first conversation may be repeatedly detected due to browser re-rendering and request retries.
Reentry of the same Anchor and the same new conversation should not be double-counted. Because memory changes must match actual user events.
Many Reentries Does Not Mean It Becomes the Correct Answer
The user may return to the same Anchor multiple times because it is important, but also because the problem remains unsolved.
Reentry means it was used again in current work.
It does not mean the content is factually correct or a final decision.
Recent Re-contact Helps Find the Current Flow
Even an Anchor created long ago, if used again today, is a memory close to the current project.
5BY.AI distinguishes between the time of initial creation and the time of reuse. Recent re-contact can be utilized in default exploration but is not converted to an absolute importance score.

Saved is a coordinate for revisiting a specific question and answer.
Anchor is a coordinate for returning to the goal and judgment state to start the next work.
Handoff prepares the move from an Anchor to a new conversation.
Through this structure, memory does not end at simply being stored but participates again in current thinking when the user needs it.
Stored records exist in the past. Re-entered records are used again in current work.
