Inter-User Interaction Features in Community and Feedback Boards Are Limited
We provide post writing, list and detail viewing, and operator replies, but general comments, voting, and reporting features are not yet provided.
Currently /community and /feedback are basic boards where users can leave opinions and experiences as posts and operators can check them. However, general inter-user comments, voting, and reporting features are not yet provided. This limitation is not simply a development delay but a choice to first review the safety and operational responsibility of public communities.
Interaction features are easy to add, but opening them without operational standards to handle abuse and personal information exposure is hard to reverse.
What Changed in This Update
- Users can write public posts and check list and detail content.
- Operators can leave official replies when needed.
- A feature for general users to exchange comments is not provided.
- Posts are not automatically ranked by popularity votes or recommendation counts.
- Reporting features and moderation procedures are left as a scope that must be designed separately alongside operational policies.
How to Verify
- Post only opinions and product experiences that can be made public.
- Remove personal information, login information, and private conversation originals.
- Use /feedback for specific bugs and feature requests.
- If a response to another user's post is needed, inquire through the operational channel.
Example in Actual Usage Flow
For example, to check whether this limitation is still valid, the user posts only opinions and product experiences that can be made public. They remove personal information, login information, and private conversation originals. If needed, if a response to another user's post is needed, they inquire through the operational channel. Also, the following should be used as the boundary for determining the latest status. Comments, voting, and reporting features are currently unavailable. Following this flow prevents misunderstanding past limitation records and current provided scope as the same status.
Before and After the Change
Known limitations, if the state at the time of publication and the current state are not distinguished, old notices can remain as current facts. In this update, we provide post writing, list and detail viewing, and operator replies, but general comments, voting, and reporting features are not yet provided. We recorded the parts where the limitation persists, parts subsequently resolved, and the latest verification path together so changes over time can be checked.
Scope and Things to Note
- Comments, voting, and reporting features are currently unavailable.
- Since posts can be made public, they should not include sensitive information.
- Community reactions are not used as automatic importance or recommendation signals for the product.
- Feature expansion proceeds after reviewing permissions, spam and abuse response, and data retention policies together.
Why This Change Matters in the Overall 5BY.AI Structure
5BY.AI does not intend to turn collective opinions into simple popularity scores. Community features follow the same principle, first stabilizing a basic structure where users can safely explain context and then reviewing necessary interactions.
Criteria for Verifying This Update
- Whether the limitation is still valid or has been resolved in subsequent updates should be distinguished chronologically.
- Features not provided should not be communicated as usable through workarounds.
- When the limitation status changes, existing records should not be deleted but connected with the resolution path and latest notice.
