Added a 5BY.AI Usage Guide Covering Installation, Feature Usage, and Troubleshooting

We added a guide page where first-time users can sequentially check Chrome extension installation, web login, core feature execution, and basic troubleshooting.

5BY.AI works with web accounts, Chrome extension, and supported AI conversation screens together. For first-time users, the installation, login, panel check, and Saved and Anchor usage order may not be understood all at once. We added a /guides page that organizes the scattered starting procedures into a single flow.

A good guide does not end with listing features but must explain the boundaries where the user might get stuck in advance.

What Changed in This Update

How to Verify

  1. Create an account and log in at 5by.ai.
  2. Install the official 5by Tools extension from the Chrome Web Store.
  3. Open a supported AI service and check the panel status.
  4. Execute Saved, Anchor, or Handoff as needed following the step-by-step guide.
  5. If issues arise, check web login, extension status, and supported page availability before reinstalling.

Example in Actual Usage Flow

For example, to verify this change, the user creates an account and logs in at 5by.ai. They install the official 5by Tools extension from the Chrome Web Store. Then they open a supported AI service and check the panel status. Finally, if issues arise, they check web login, extension status, and supported page availability before reinstalling. In this flow, the following conditions should also be checked. 5BY.AI guides are based on the Chrome usage environment. Therefore, this update is not just adding one more notice item but enabling the user to check the start, result, and limitations of the feature within the same flow.

Before and After the Change

Before the change, users had to guess this feature or notice from other screens or navigate across multiple pages. After this update, we added a guide page where first-time users can sequentially check Chrome extension installation, web login, core feature execution, and basic troubleshooting. However, items where public notices and actual account/runtime status may differ need to be checked separately, and notice text alone should not be interpreted as expanding permissions or availability.

Scope and Things to Note

Why This Change Matters in the Overall 5BY.AI Structure

The purpose of the guide is not to make users press more features but to help them understand the meaning of each action and use them with their own judgment. By connecting installation, authentication, memory coordinate creation, and reentry into a single user flow, we reduced the uncertainty of initial use.
